Management Courses


Anger Management Six to eight (6-8) weeks(1 day course available depending on size) certificate course that teaches, develops, concepts and skills in how to manage anger effectively through  practice and review.  Minor homework assignments are given to reinforce concepts.  The program is designed to create change, not just intellectual insight. There are no fancy explanation or wasted words.  Just key information, along with exercises that will yield greater control over anger.  The Anger Management class is facilitated by a Master’s Degree level clinician skilled at ensuring information is communicated simply and effectively.  Each class is ninety (90) minutes long.  Course certificate is accepted by court, probation, attorneys and DFCS.

Class Times:
Mondays 10:30am — 12pm
Last Saturday of the Month: 10am — 4pm


Our first class will give the client an overall overview of the class that will include the purpose of the group, group rules, definitions of anger and aggression, myths about anger, anger as a habitual response, and the introduction of the anger meter used to monitor anger

The purpose of the group will be to help our clients:

  1. Learn how to manage their anger effectively
  2. Stop violence or the threat of violence
  3. Develop self-control over thoughts and actions
  4. Receive support from others
Stage Right (Occupational Protocol): The Job….Want It?  Let’s Get It… And Keep It…This class is designed to teach job etiquette, job search, and interviewing skills.
